Library Cards

Anyone who lives, works, attends school or owns property in Ohio may apply for a library card. Children are eligible for a card at birth, but anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present when applying.

Applying for a library card is easy! The Library requires photo I.D., proof of current address and a date of birth. Applications are available at all branches or you can download an application here and bring it in to any MidPointe location. With your MidPointe Library Card, you may borrow materials from our locations in Middletown, Liberty, Monroe, Trenton and West Chester, as well as the MidPointe Bookmobile.

Looking for immediate access to MidPointe’s eLibrary? Complete an Online Registration Card Application here. An eCard number will be emailed to you. If you would like to upgrade your eCard to full borrowing privileges, visit any MidPointe location with your I.D. or proof of current address.

Find the MidPointe borrowing guidelines here. These policies include information regarding loan periods, renewal information, and more. You can also find MidPointe’s public policy manual here.
