Read Local Author Fair Brings Dozens of Authors to MidPointe Library West Chester September 29

More than 25 local, independently published authors are expected to greet the public during the ReadLOCAL Indie Author Fair Saturday, September 29, at MidPointe Library, 9363 Centre Pointe Drive, West Chester.
Authors will welcome visitors from 10 a.m. to noon in the library’s Community Room, said Martha Matthews, Information/Reference Programming Librarian. There is no admission fee.
The popular program, the second of its kind at the West Chester location, gives readers a chance to meet authors from the immediate area and around Ohio and ask about their writing processes and backgrounds. Visitors can also buy books and have them signed by the authors. This year’s contingent represents a wide variety of genres in fiction and non-fiction and includes a 13-year-old eighth grader from Mason.
Authors expected to attend, their place of residence, genre, and book titles include:
Paige Addams of Columbus, adult romance, “Tales of Ejoma.”Timothy B. Barner of Trenton, adult fiction, “Eyes of God.”
Michelle Bolanger of Dayton, teen and adult fiction, romance and sci-fi, “The Kiss,” “The Touch,” “The Light,”“Saving Detroit,” “Safe Cages.”
Carol Cartaino of Seamon, Ohio, adult non-fiction, “Myths and Truths About Coyotes,” “It Happened in Ohio,” “Get Organized, Get Published!”, “Clutter’s Last Stand.”
Stacy Dickman of Fairfield Township, adult non-fiction, “Labeled : Redefining the Woman God Made You to Be.”
Richard DuMont of Cincinnati, teen fiction, “Johnny Hunter.”
Tammi Ector of Hamilton, adult fiction, romance and Christian-themed, “Seasons of Her Soul.”
Linda Riesenberg Fisler of Middletown, adult mystery, “Blind Influence,” “Blind Persuasion,” “Blind Alliance.”
Beth Gully of Lebanon, children’s picture book, “The Other Side of Christmas.”
Piper Hawkins, age 13, of Mason, children’s fiction, “Visions of Light : A Christmas Story” and “The Puppy Tooth Fairy.”
Janet Kassalen of Morrow, children’s fiction, “Flip Flap Try...A Cardinal’s Journey.”
Mike Kunze of West Chester, adult non-fiction, “Kings Island Park Hacks,” “Amusement Park Hacks.”
Frank M. Lee (1943-2012), adult non-fiction, memoir, “Nekkid.” Represented by Connie Breitbeil.
Heather Lester of Cincinnati, children’s picture book, “I Love You for You,” “I Can Be Kind,” “Everyday Imagination - The Green Scarf.”
Bryan W. Marshall of West Chester, adult non-fiction, “The Committee : A Study of Policy, Power, Politics and Obama’s Historic Legislative Agenda on Capitol Hill” based on a political journal kept by Bruce Wolpe, former Chief of Staff to Julia Gillard, Australia’s 27th Prime Minister, Senior Advisor to U.S. Representative Henry A.
