Curbside Service Coming to MidPointe Library Liberty and Monroe Branches

MidPointe Library System continues to safely phase-in services after closure due to COVID-19 by introducing curbside service at the Liberty Township and Monroe locations.

Starting June 29, contactless curbside service will be available Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at MidPointe Library Monroe, 1 Tennessee Avenue in Monroe. Beginning June 30, curbside service is available at the Liberty Township location at Liberty Center (7100 Foundry Row in Liberty Township) on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Using MidPointe’s curbside service is easy. To use, place a hold through the Library’s catalog. At your convenience, upon notification that your items are ready, drive to your pick up library location during designated Curbside Service hours and park in a marked spot. Text “Check in” to the number on the sign in the parking spot, or click on your location here (https://www.midpointelibrary.org/page/curbside-service). Follow the prompts. Please have your library card number ready. Open your trunk and MidPointe staff will deliver your items to your vehicle. Please understand that for the protection of you and our staff, we will maintain appropriate social distancing measures.

In addition to curbside service, starting June 29, the book drops at the Monroe and Liberty locations will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to allow for returns. Please note, all items are being quarantined for 96 hours so materials will still appear on patron accounts during this time. No fines will accrue for this quarantine period.

Curbside service continues to be available at MidPointe locations in Middletown, Trenton and West Chester, Mondays-Thursdays and Saturdays, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. These three locations are also open to the public with limited services Mondays-Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Monroe and Liberty locations remain closed to in-person browsing at this time.
