Curbside Service

Pick up your holds and never leave your car!  

How it Works:
• Place a hold through the Library’s catalog and select Middletown, Trenton or West Chester as your pick up location. You will receive a notification that your item(s) are available for pickup. Please note, this may take a few days. Not all items placed on hold can be guaranteed to be ready at the same time.
•  At your convenience, after you receive your notice, drive to your pick up library location during designated Curbside Service hours (see below) and park in a marked spot.
• Once you arrive and park, text “Check in” to the number on the sign in the parking lane, or click on your location (MiddletownTrentonWest Chester). Follow the prompts. Please have your library card number ready.
• Open your trunk and MidPointe staff will deliver your items to your vehicle. Please understand that for the protection of you and our staff, we will maintain appropriate social distancing measures. If you have any items to return to the Library, please use the open book drops. This allows staff to gather them and quarantine them safely. 

Curbside Service Locations, Days and Hours:
Curbside service is currently available at Middletown, Trenton and West Chester locations on Mondays-Thursdays and Saturdays from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM.

Picking up holds for multiple card numbers? Send one text/message with all the card numbers and applicable account names.  

If you previously requested Monroe as your pick up location, your items will be available at MidPointe Library Middletown (125 S. Broad St., Middletown). If you requested Liberty as your pick up location, your items will be available at MidPointe Library West Chester (9363 Centre Pointe Dr., West Chester). We apologize for the inconvenience, but our smaller locations must remain closed until we can implement appropriate safety precautions.  

Items to return? Please use the book drops available and do not hand items to staff.
