Enjoy a preview of MiddFest International 2012 with an informative and entertaining lecture on "Hiking the French Alps" by Gudrun and Peter Seifert on Thursday, July 26^th at 7:00PM in the MidPointe Library Middletown Community Room.  This presentation is a fitting lead into MiddFest International 2012 as this year's featured country is France.  The Seiferts will share details about the eight weeks they spent Alpine hiking between Nice and Chamonix, complete with traveling tips and tales of their French experience.

The Seiferts are the authors of the book "Hike for your Life," which will be available for sale after the lecture, with proceeds benefiting MiddFest International.  Attendees may also pick up a free "Bon Jour / Au Revoir" handout for their first steps in the French language.
